I think this is the way its maked: First search Google for "Wow item creator" or sumthing like that. Make that item and in most of them you can choose a background. Save the pic.
Then go to WoW make a Tauren inspect any weapon and go to Photoshop and do the edit frostmourne and combine that to the "item stats" picture.

It's a level 1 tauren warrior, you can tell by just the clothes. It's definately photoshop'd, badly. The way the sword goes through the hand is completely off. The sword also doesn't match with the background, it's too sharp.
