Has anyone been banned for using the PayPal exploit?

By PayPal exploit, I'm referring to where you playing for free using a PP account w/ insufficient funds.

Has anyone had action taken against their account for doing this?

Yes.

Putting a fake credit card or a Paypal account/credit card with insufficient funds is against the rules.

Especially people who do it over and over.

Well I didn't know about this exploit, but you'd think the subscription wouldn't even go through if there were insufficient funds.
