unlimited buffs?

The other day i was playing around with cheat engine and remembered the unlimited buff hack. so i started finding the address for my power word fort. i did the unknown value, the increased/decreased, until i found an address with the value of my power word fort.
Everytime my PW:F is on the value would be the same as the +stamina, everytime i took PW:F off it would go back to zero. i tried freezing it but nothing different happened, then i tried changing the value.... well at first nothing happened, but one time i did it. i got it to say +100 stamina on my character portrait screen. but instead of it actually giving me 100 more stamina my base stamina was changed to -77 so i still had hte exact amount of stamina.. i was wondering if anyone has tried to recreate this or seen it happen.

Hmm i don't know how to find values in CE yet.. I really want to learn how, and i got the necessary tools i think, CE ofc, Hex Editor, but i don't know what the values mean...

If i search for like something of how high my xp is, it probably returns no value, or maybe like there is 1000 of them

Im sorry to tell you that unless you play on an Emulated server , there is no way of actualy freezing your buffs or make youself invincible etc ... This sort of hacking has been tried by at least 20 000+ hackers and none of em ever found a way to do it . The only thing you might do is freeze the buff on the client side but nothing will be frozen on the server side , so your buff still expires on server side which makes the hack useless im afraid .
