off the top of my head

Sabella 3.30 - Rogue Mods - World of Warcraft Mods, Addons, and More!

Sabella is really nice for you guys, as it organizes your spells and poisons, and all ur attacks

plus it gets rid of some of those pesky actions bars, and simplifies ur UI up a bit

Well these are the ones i remember using on my own rogue (can all be found at curse.com):

Rogue Stunwatch (keeps track of your stuns, saps, gouges and so on also some enemy cd's)
Natur Enemycastbar (nice addon, helps you choose when to use ur Kick)
EnergyWatch (ticks n' stuff like that)

More ordinary addons:
Atlas (instance maps)
AtlasLoot Enhanced (instance loot, bosses and droprates)
Auctioneer (helps you earn money on AH)
Gatherer (saves herbs / deposits found on map for easy grinding)
Titan Panel (shows different usefull stuff in a small panel)

super addon for questing:
WHDB (shows comments for quests, coordinates and can show all your quests in your world map for planning a good route and so on)
MapNotes and Mapcoords (needed for the map part of WHDB)
