I highly, highly doubt it.

You would need something that directly changes the entire geometry of the environment.

Just face it...wall jumping's dead.

To be quite honest, if you care that much about WoW, perhaps you should consider what fun you find in WoW, and if you realize you don't find any more fun in it without wall jumping, then it's time for you to find a new game.
