    I "think" you get it by doing a quest that can be found at the starting place, with the Shattered Sun Quatermaster.. it will lead you into MGT to find a blood elf, that tells you to click on the orb, that then tells you to bring Kael'Thas' head. Which also gives VERY nice epic gems and like 18g or something
