Help with account buying

Please let me know what i should do in this situation, as i am new to buying accounts online;

I went on craigslist and found a guy with a 61 hunter, and im gonna get it for 80(is that a good deal?).
Do i send him the payment first and then he sends info? (how do you recommend going about that?)
Is there any way i can recall the payment if the account info doesnt work?

Send the payment with PayPal, you can dispute the charge if need be. However instead you should consider power leveling on your own account. This way, the account can't be taken back by him after 45 days, when your time to make a dispute is over. Try mmovenue . net. They have been honest with me.
