Need help: Joanas 1-60 guides

I downloaded Joana's 1-60 lvl guide in .exe format. I also downloaded the .txt formats. I would like to print them cuz it will be alot easier then to ALT+TAB all the time when you're playing.. The text is just to take from the .txt formats, but I can't get the pictures from the .exe files, you can't copy and they have also blocked The Print Screen function when the .exe file is open

How do I get the pictures so I can print them?

hmm i don't know if there are different versions of the guide, but mine is not in .exe format and the print screen function isn't blocked when the guide is opened Oo
