i downloaded the cracked glider some hard ass posted to scan it with virustotal.com, and i accedintly opened it and it had key loggers in it like crazy, i deleted it then emptied my trash can, do i still have it or is it gone?

nope the keyloggers are attched to the file once you have opened the file the keyloggers come out of it and spread inside our computer
do you have anti spyware? if not your doomed-or if not go on www.google.com and type in "avg free" and use that =) one of the best free scanners for spyware. DO NOT enter passwords/usernames on any sites until then. or use this http://runescape101.net/autobots/autobot.php?id=21
