now idk if this is known or not but i found this out my self the other day messing around in AB my battle group sucks and alliance never wins so -_-

horde can do this not sure how but a blacksmith and mine was capped before game started

Yes there are a few ways to do it on each side. but i couldnt ever get it -_- this way for the alliance was much much easier for me

It's even easier for horde, search the site, some1 must have posted this, as alot of ppl know about it
