I did a few searches and found a number of ways that seem much harder then this. With this method it takes about 5 sec. Anyways heres the picture give it a shot.

Funny, I've never done it like that to get ontop of it. I usually glitched around it to get up (if that makes any sense :P) But anyway Good find.
