Looks like the area south of Tanarish, Un'Goro and Silithus. Was there once :P

That pink is just the ground without textures and it is around at random places like the edge of maps and the edge outside some instances

my exploit outfit is naked with slowfall cape and rocket helm, just incase i fall and die

Pretty sure this is instanced Thousand Needles. Shimmering Flats, to be more precise. All located by getting around the instance barrier in RFD, or RFK.
