The second one is WAAY easier to get to from Elwynn Forest. The place is called 'Thunder Falls'

Yeah I agree with Direhate the other way to get to 'Thunder Falls' is easier from elwynn forest. The path to get up there will be by the waterfall (behind the pond.) You may encounter some low level enemies so if you're on a level one just avoid them.
