Recently noticed that this place is still here post-Cataclysm, only now there are a pair of large standing stones near the end of the road, and at the very end, there is a ring of small stones.

For a very small observation such as this that doesn't actually require any exploring know-how to reach, yes.

In such cases, post in the Random Explorations thread - it's especially good for small finds and revisits of old areas that don't really warrant their own separate threads
