your basically saying if there is a cloth healing item a paladin, druid or shaman aren't allowed to roll on it

This is a well-known, Altar of Shadows, which is needed to create the legendary tailoring item, Shadowcloth. :P (Which isn't legendary at all, only rare, but i just felt like saying that.)
I wonder if i can use this to create my Shadowcloth.
