That's right, boys and girls! The perfect sniping spot is right there at everybody's favourite instance: Karazhan.
I often go there when my guild's about to raid kara and have quite some fun shooting oblivious people.

To get there you will require a slow fall effect (engi cloak, skyguard cloak, noggen etc. will do).

You can get to uninstanced ZG too if you take a right after getting on the Duskwood mountains.
