How to get under IF and OLD IF ?!

Requries: Mage and Paladin (level 20 - 70)
Im bad to english sry ..

How to get under IF:
First you will need to be in duel, very close to the king in IF.
When you have found a place in IF where you can duel close to the king.
you need to go close to the two big doors into the king.
go to the left door, and the mage need to polymorph. the sheep will go throgh the door. and then you just need to follow the road down to old IF.

How to get under old IF:
All right, go down to the end, go all the way down ! when you are at the end, you can see the darkness. now you jump down, cloe to the mountain, and 2 secs after you have jumped, you use divine shield ! and you land safty. now you can run under old IF . and get boring, its not funny. but pretty nice.
