[6.2] Rocket Boots Xtreme Lite w/ slowfall issue

Whilst messing around with the ever so handy Rocket Boots Xtreme Lite, I noticed a slight inconvenience that could cause glitches/exploits that require someone to use the boots followed by a slowfall near, if not impossible. After doing some testing, I found out that the boots work on all continents except for Draenor. If you are in an instance or in Draenor, there is a approx 10 second cooldown on slowfall spells/items. After going to Wowhead and looking at the shared cooldowns tab, there were no slowfall items in there. Digging around a little more revealed that someone else had noticed this and had tested it with flexweave, parachute cloak, the Evonice's Landin' Pilla, and the parachute from Gnomregan and they all are disabled for 10 seconds following the end of these boots' effect. I would assume that the same cooldown shenanigans also apply to the normal Rocket Boots Xtreme, but I haven't tested them. Would be interesting to know is there is a slowfall that isn't blocked. You can still use a goblin glider after the speed buff runs out, but you loose quite amount of speed doing that.

The slowfall from the legendary daggers as well as the Filled Festive Mug - Item - World of Warcraft work after using the rocket boots AFAIK.
