Kezan portal boxes

I was messing around in kezan, and gliches outside the world, and as i fell, i saw these orange "Portal" boxes. Anyone seen them before and could tell me what they are for?

They aren't used for much. They are just there to activate an object, or say, add a teleportation field somewhere.
