Caverns of Time - No Fog

Yeah I was somewhere recently (the last couple of days) and I saw fog again... I was wondering if it had returned everywhere but haven't had a chance to check.
Trying to remember where it was... but can't for the life of me. Perhaps someone could check a few dungeons and report back.

Was recording at CoS yesterday; no fog still.

I was in Tol'vir yesterday trying to reach skywall (I never did ) and there was no fog. They might be slowly adding it back in though.
