If a GM is helping someone on a quest or helping them during the a restoration process, sometimes a player will get a <GM> tag. It's happened often before, so I think this is perfectly legit.

Wow, some people are retarded enough to believe that GMs only service the game, not play it.

He showed up in skettis, He could talk to both alli and horde.

First thing he asked is how the patch is going.

Is that so? Beacuse I KNOW there is a picture of someone asking a gm if they have a regular account, and the GM replying "Yes, I have a regular account that I use to use when I'm not working", or something along those lines. Also, it says "Aethon, Level 70 MAGE!

What? People aren't going to be skeptical of this? It's a picture of a GM wearing normal gear (Read the hand book, they wear only blue robes).

We pretty much only have you're word to go on, and if you dislike being accused of lying then I suggest you add in some verifiable evidence.

And for those of you who may think it is real... the "<GM>"s name was Aethon correct? go look up Aethon on armory and youll see hes a 70 human mage with the same shoulders and robes as seen in the pic... he used a Model Edit to make <AFK> look like <GM>
Or he is the guild master?

And this guy is running a mod?
Look at your post, now back to mine; Now back to your post, now back to mine. Sadly, it isn't mine, but if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate content, it could look like mine. Look down, backup, where are you? You're scrolling through threads, reading the post your post could look like. What did you post? Back at mine; It's a reply saying something you want to hear. Look again and the reply is now diamonds.

Yeah, that does happen occasionally when if a GM gets DC'd when they are helping someone.

I got MC'd by a GM or something when TBC first came out. I was running away from some mobs in Hellfire when I lost control of my toon, actions, everything; he dismounted sprinted back at the mobs and spawned 3 mithril and 3 arcanite dragonlings to fight the mobs.

I did not have engineering at that time.

Re: GM Visits skettis, GET MC'd

imo ur all noobs for thinking GM stuff is exploration...WOW I SAW A GM, WOW GM CHAT LOG! imo those rly dont belong in the exploration part of the site...and obviously this is either a model edit as some ppl said, or a private server as GM's cannot wear anything other than the game master robe. and how would u know if he could understand both horde and alliance?? u prolly think this cuz a person of the other faction was there and saw him too right? well a GM can only be seen by one person at a time. and dont forget we got a sniffer that can allow u to undertand what the opposing faction i saying
