[Engineering] Into the Deeprun Tram aquarium

Hi guys!

I found this way out of Deeprun Tram today.
You can get to the northern part by the same constellation of tubes on the other side.

Seriously, I've never gotten in there, I can now however since I got my rocket boots at last, although I was wondering, is it possible to get in there without engineering, lets say, if it was vanilla?

I think there have always been ways in there. For example it has been possible to get there with the awesome Darkmoon Tiger Exploit and if I remember correctly the Puntable Marmot worked too.
And I believe it is possible for gnomes as they have a smaller Hit Box and can climb up somewhere else.
Apart from that I don't know. I tried for many hours back when I didn't have engineering on my Main and didn't find a way, but that doesn't mean that there is no way
