Throughout the Wow community for years there has been scattered remnants of secrets....myths and stories about undiscovered Quests, unfinished or forgotten tales never before seen. Unfortunately these secrets may well die with the upcoming release of Cataclysm because of this i feel it is us as Explorers who must carry the torch and venture into the very dark corners of the world and do whatever it takes to uncover the shroud of mystery that veils the truth, before the expansion shatters them into myth forever!

I call on the Explorers of the MMOwned community to join together and undertake this epic adventure with me. We Need You!

One of the Major subjects i think investigation should begin with is the so called "Ghost Quests" with the shear scale of the game it would seem odd that undiscovered material still remains but if such quests where in a manner non visible to the norm player then the theory may well be plausible. When as a ghost/Spirit u spend the very least time venturing around and remain focussed on the direction of your corpse, because of this i believe there remains a vast variety of locations still not visited as by a player in ghost form.

In my search i will be attempting to run a clean sweep of each zone and continent whilst in ghost form to investigate possible ghost quest givers. This means every Hill climbed every building entered every waterfall or possible ghostly entrance attempted i'll be running into things like a drunken blind man.Should you choose to aid me in my search please include a reply to this thread with the locations that you have searched and are confident are clear this way we can eliminate areas investigated to quicken the search.

If a Ghost quest-giver is found please verify if their existence is already documented or if the quest is known beforehand and include the location you found the NPC within this thread.

Cya guys, I wont be on MMOwned.com for a few months now... I shall be stuck in Azorath as a ghost finding quests or now on. Goodbye. PS. If I am not on in 1 year, it means I have killed myself, because I found the quest but I had to be lvl 255 or somthing to complete it. Wish me luck.

just swept Mulgore, nothing to report yet although strangely there is a Spirit Angel located right beside the hilltop encampment between zones... not sure as to why

And I think that Spirit Resser is for players who die during the boat ride from OG to TB

and "Gorillaz and bugs, King Mosh and slime =)" means Un'Goro Crater, so I should check it out

maybe that's one of the new graveyards that blizz added a few patches ago? Strange to see a spirit healer in a place that would be considered off-limits to players, though. I'll do my part :P

I just ran about checked every house and didn't find anything , im Horde if that's any consolation. Although i was curious about the large houses at the rear of both terraces... They seem to have 3-4 stories yet only 1-2 of them are accessible. I used far sight to check inside each buildings floors but sadly found nothing either.

Nice idea but I think the rumors about undiscovered mounts arent true because we would already find it with Model Viewer (I checked every model ingame and I didnt find any special mounts) unless its just a reskin of an existing mount.

I love treasure hunts and stuff like that so Id love to see more "treasure hunts" with clues in WoW It would be so epic if Blue post hints are true.

I think that the mounts you get are the pre-BC mounts...That is what Ive heard

Kool i had a chat with one myself yesterd he didnt reveal much tho . Other than that he knew there might be a few remaining quests but he himself didnt know of any so he couldnt offer any hints at all. In addition i asked him about the cow level :P he simply replied " There is no cow level.."

I'll check Un Goro out when i return from London 2day if nobody else has yet. Also the Kodo graveyard in Desolace might be a good spot aswell.

there are some hints about some ghost quests.

These are the ghost quests I've found so far:

1. Underwater in Azshara. Just die in the zone and swim around, you'll find it eventually. It's a dead gnome in a full underwater diving suit. Gives a quest to go see the Gnome engineer in the sunken ship in South Azshara towards Orgrimmar. Seems like the series is unfinished though, no new quest once you talk to the Gnome engineer.

2. In Western Plaguelands, in the Hearthglen keep. The ghost paths around the entire keep so just keep looking. Gives a quest to speak with Tirion Fordring, decent blue item rewards. Think the ghost was a member of the Silver order or whatever, it's been awhile.

3. In Darkwhisper Gorge, south area of Winterspring. It's a blood elf ghost, she wanders around three of the little areas/tunnels. Gives a quest to go speak with Donova Snowden, the quest text makes it seem like the starter for a key quest to get into Hyjal. Dead-ends at Snowden though, so probably not in yet.

4. In Silithus, in Hive Regal. It's a bug ghost. It's up on the wall of one of the big hive areas. Gives a quest to give some information to the Commander of Cenarion Hold. Might have been a series during the AQ gate opening events, seems to not go anywhere much now though.

5. In Stonetalon Mountains. It's a wandering treant ghost in the Charred Vale. Gives a quest for a little treant non-combat pet. Think there is a level cap on when you can get the quest though, could only get it on a level 21. Might be horde only too.
