Dellion has always been the MASTER of exploration, in my humble opinion. He's simply #1.
I especially enjoyed what I believe to be Skyreach and Grimrail Depot images. Awesome.

Wandering Isle was originally Stormwind, until WoW devs copied it and molded it into Wandering Isle Zone we now know today.

That's the first time I see this, that's quite surprising, and also very strange..
I assume you are a "neutral" pandaren that found a way to "fly" or to log on in a zone that has no name.

I would definetly love to see more of this.

I have to admit that after reading this (Map viewing (Map ID)/Visual type of hack exist still?) I am very confused..

Thy_Warden... did you take those screens on a live realm... or on a wow+ Emu server?

It was found on a private server, however, I am 99.99% sure the NPCs are present on Retail. Other than the guards you can see Stormwind Workers that you normally see in the real Stormwind.
The Panda NPC can be found as well with the quest you get after you leave Wandering Isle as Alliance, Jojo is there too. Aysa Cloudsinger - NPC - World of Warcraft and also Squire Rowe - NPC - World of Warcraft can be found, they do react to Alliance and Horde Pandas, neutrals can only heal/buff anyone outside their faction. Also 2-3 signs that talk about Stormwind Heroes are found as well.

I found this by accident while trying to figure out a way to leave the zone early, sadly the NPCs fall down into the unknown before you can interactive with them, wouldn't blame the logic, no floor = fall down lol.
Also the NPCs may still be there in WoD, and their levels will probably match as their counterparts out of the Wandering Isle Zone (Haven't tried WoD, retired at MoP launch lol).

My theory is: Blizzard Devs were testing Panda Faction and such before they turned the copy SW into Wandering Isle, and in all the excitement and prep for launch they forgot small number of SW NPCs and objects in the zone lol.

I may not post often on this forum, but I'm pretty sure that "explorations" made on private servers don't have their place here.

I am 99.99% sure the NPCs are present on Retail. Other than the guards you can see Stormwind Workers that you normally see in the real Stormwind.

I, on the other hand, am 99,99% sure that these NPCs are not there on Retail. Weird stuff that happens on private servers usually don't happen on retail servers (I know a private server that whenever you fall under the map, instantly teleports you to the ground. That stuff don't happen on retail)

Not to mention the fact that Blizzard became careful over the years to not let this kind of stuff happening : last time I saw some NPCs in a place they were not supposed to be, it was in Culling of Stratholme at the beginning of Cata (iirc).
