Loving the new zone when you are transmorfed into one of these "creatures" and you can jump very far.

Then when you jump down into the tree it's completely hollow.

Kinda boring, but this is floating in blackrock depths, the wheel is named Doodad_BurningGiantWheel01 and it has the cogwheel icon so it might be possible to interact with it, I couldn't make it up there though. It's easily visible If you can get outside the dungeon at all, but you would need to be able to fly for at least 10-20 seconds to reach it. Maybe someone else can reach it

Seeing as everyone in the screenshot is level 85, logically we can assume this was done at some point in Cata. As far as I know, there is no current way to get to GM Island without hacks.
