US exploration guild commencing

For all of you US players who are unable to join the other guild, I'll be working to establish an exploration group on the US list.

Once enough people are ready, we'll have a brief skype meeting and decide on server, faction, and name.
It's important to note that this guild, once it has come to fruition, will not openly recruit in game.

Indeed, and this is an exploration guild they are recruiting for. The exploration people will read this forum, and therefore, are the ones who are most likely to take in an interest in joining a guild for exploring.

3000 guild recruitment threads? I know you're exaggerating but we'll be lucky to see even 3 more in the near future. Starting an exploration guild is risky, everyone knows that and so people are initially pretty reluctant. Not to mention that not everyone wants to start a guild or be a guildmaster, it's a responsibility. And the ONLY guilds that will ever be advertised here would be exploration guilds, it's not as if a standard pve guild that some explorers happen to be a part of is going to start recruiting from here...

So no, your fears of the exploration forum turning into a 'guild recruitment' forum are unfounded, and frankly, a bit absurd.

I'm sorry to say this, but I've just started playing on a BC private server and have lost a lot of my interest in the current iteration of wow. Due to this loss of interest, I'm afraid I'll have to give up my hopes of starting this guild. If someone else would like to take initiative and get this guild running on their own, I wish you the best of luck.
