Outside of End Time

In the horde quest that takes you to End Time, you can get out of the restricted area and roam around like so.

Clever use of the Goblin racial. I had not seen this particular way to climb out of the Emerald Dragonshrine before.

kind of addicting to look at the exploration section, things like this are pretty cool to do. need to set some time aside to just wander around
