Do you know TCG? (Trading Card Game)
SO it's not any mob/NPC from next expansion it's just mount that you can get by entering code, that you can randomly get while buying those cards.

It's the spectral tiger from the TCG. it's one of 3 loot cards, and 1 in 3 packs has a loot card. So, the chances of you getting one is 9 to 1. Go but 10 packs.
