[The Shrine of Two Moons]

i found a Way under Pandaria in the shrine of two moons with my Mage and the Spell "Blink"
i made some screens to explain that:

Run throw the door on the left side of the Shrine and use Blink right before the last tile...




try this sometimes and you fall under the shrine. i got sometimes a disc. when i use a fly-mount to fly under Pandaria

Nice discovery. Unfortunately we can't go any further from the platforms like you said because of disconnections that was added in patch 5.0.4. +2 rep for this though, its a nice thing for mages
