Its the jail that GMs send naughty players to. :-) Happened to me on a private server, got boring after 20 min, so I appologised and asked for out.

He used a trial account, got there and posted the details in the Contributer section.

I also got there on the 1.7 (I think) PTR's, from the legendary priest who was fearing everybody off the zeppelin into it, although I got a summon.
