I love these developer-centric quests and random "[Beta Note:]" bits in quest text. It also seems to me that they've avoided having a "development land" map this time around, and kept all the devel stuff in the game world, specifically this quest and isle, as well as the 'extra' bits in the new Scarlet Monastery.

Still it belongs to exploration, since this is obtainable without any exploits. its free for everyone.

Aschebäschas Tenderizer is what I got when I ran that through Google Translate, so something along the lines of a Tenderizer.

I loved finding this one the first day this area came open for exploration without No Man's Land. I ended up with a mace that has "Weaksauce" in the name. LOL I also found a few crashed shipwrecks with never-ending debris pools that keep spawning over and over. If you had the time you could make some decent gold but given the few patches since this area came open for testing it may be gone now.
