Just a note, you might want to take down the previous image in there, the uncropped one.. showing your name, in a place you have to hack to get to, with the hack window open :P

this can't be done without hacks. if anyone's still skeptical about this working i recorded a video of me and my friend messing around and finding it. it counts as a base which was pretty surprising, i expected it not to work.

if u cap a base it normaly says : ally has captured the mines.
or the horde has captured the lighthouse
what does it say if u capture this one?

Its simply say that you Captured "the mines" but You still get that 10 Points extra every ... Seconds.

good luck reaching it without hacking. its so high in the air i cant imagine what its even doing there. i used my hunter's eagle eye to check it out and scoped out the entire area. i dont even understand how u got there using a hack.

Also note that your team will not gain any points if you have 4 flags capped. Only works with 3 or less, but still nice for a free win.
