Explored Zan'vess for hours.. I too have the same problem Trokair. Can't seem to find those 2 amber lanterns or whatever they are.

Ah... now we're onto something then! SoNET... please share with the group (or message me privately) regarding the one place outside the scenario with these two objects.

I disagree with your thoughts that you can't reach a certain place inside the scenario... I feel that any corner in this scenario can be reached... high or low.

too late, I did it with Hurri Though, I can say that it wasn't lamps, it was ovens. Also, the reason the spot couldn't be reached was simply because it wasn't part of the instanced map.

What do you mean "not part of the instanced map"? Is it outside of the (formerly blue) end-game walls?

I would like to know where these ovens are. I have been all around the outside of the borders of this Zan'Vess scenario... I have several ways of getting past the invisible walls... but can't find these ovens!

Hurrizaanz... what Ritual meant is that this is the "HARD MODE" thread for Exploration Challenges... meaning that these challenges are supposed to involve something that the normal user can't do (specific class ability... rocket boots... etc). Your challenge posted above can be done by any class, and is fairly easy to do. Not appropriate for this particular thread, IMO.... but already solved... so moving along...

Yep.

And trokair, if you when outside the invis walls in Zan'Vess, and you went to where the tree is in dead wastes, there is a little house type thing with stairs leading down, if you try to walk down the stairs there is an invisible floor blocking access.

The trick is to get through the invis floor, descend the stairs, and you will find a smoky room with 2 glowing oven type things

And as for the next challenge, it looks pretty tough

Isn't part of the challenge to offer a challenge of your own, though? Especially in the HM-thread, I'd assumed. I'm just saying that it's not always important that you finish it first, but it also matters that you have something to offer in turn. I've passed on many challenges because I've not had one which I've felt was good enough to offer in return.

Just my own opinion, though. Good job on figuring the challenge out.
