The drink seems to work like some sort of fear. Note that the "fear pattern" doesn't seem to be the same everytime you use it. I tried multiple times to get it right.

Instanced Orgrimmar? I'm sorry, that's just freakin awesome.

I've spent some time trying to achieve this with rocket boots (Aegean knows this better than most, actually!)... so to see someone do it with ANY method is impressive to me.

Is the Honey Brew this month's brew? If so, I better go buy a crapload of it! Plenty of spots I can think of where I need this right now...

Yes, this is the brew of the month club brew from March.
Hopefully someone else will find something awesome with this, I just tried the easiest thing I could think of.
'Also, it seems like you can only carry 20 of them at a time which can be quite annoying if you can't get the pattern right.

Yeah, as Elektropop said, they are unique to only 24 in your bags. It is going to be quite annoying for exploring. They only last 14 days as well, so you can't do this year round. Gonna test it since I am wide awake, maybe upload a video of everything I find (giving credits to Elektropop of course)

I'm also looking very forward to testing this out in several areas. I was headed into work this morning just racking my brain trying to think of the many places I want to try this. I'd like to try this at every spot we are currently stuck on. Hey, does the brew's effect work while slow falling?

I did try this morning at the northern invisible walls in instanced Old Hillsbrad Foothills... it seemed to work like a charm.
I'm looking to StrangleTusk and his 'Behind the Portals' explorations... weren't there a couple he couldn't get behind? (Tempest Keep?)
What about the Hellfire instances? People were using giant growth and rocket boots to get out of those... this Brew would probably just push you past the portals.
What about Deadmines? I'd love go into the instance and push out past the portal, into the instanced version of the caves outside the instance portal.
How about outdoor portals, such as the one leading from EPL to Ghostlands? I bet you could easily push past that portal with this Brew to get to non-instanced Ghostlands / instanced EPL.
What about Grim Batol? Dellion showed us the Gnomish Gravity Well method... the only method found so far... would this Brew get us out the door easily?
What about BG explorations, where in many it seems that we're only hindered by a few invisible walls?
There are a ton of places (usually in caves or instances) where there is a ledge with an invisible wall at the edge. Instances like Azjol'Nerub, or hidden rooms with Titan gear like ST always shows us... all of these invisible 'ledge' walls can probably be passed easily with this Brew... turning "fly from underneath" or "Mage blink only" explorations into "everyone" explorations...

Lets get all our resources on this one and keep it going strong! Test, test, test!!!

I would like to add that I did test this at Wailing Caverns, got past the instance portal and Invisible wall very easily. I have no doubt that all the instance portals can be passed using this brew. I tried doing the exact opposite of what Electropop did, trying to get into Ragefire Chasm though the Orgrimmar side, but I was unsuccessful (took about 100 brews, then I said forget it.) When I get back from my classes I would like to see if we could all start gathering up videos and pictures, etc, and compile it into one thread. There are places that I have wanted to see, like Grim Batol for instance, on the other side of the portal. Again, nice work finding this Electropop, I will start searching for other items that self-fear that are year-round (I don't think there are any, but it worth a shot to look around for one.)

I have a few more things to add:

I believe that you could use a trinket (or the human racial ability) to prematurely break the "fear" effect. This would be helpful if you reach the spot you're trying to reach and the effect is still going... stops you where you want to be. Could someone please confirm?

I would also like to mention that, apparently, this is a repost for OwnedCore! Found this older thread while searching for more information. I am not trying to take any credit away from Electropop... he still introduced it to all of us current explorers that apparently missed this back then... Yes, go to IF and there is an Inn near the front door with the Brew gal that sells you more. (you can carry 24 at once)

Wow, seems like it was a repost afterall! Looks like I have to do some more searching in the future before posting.
On the topic about stopping your character from the "fear" effect it can't be stopped with the undead reacial abillity. Don't know about the PvP trinket or the human racial though.
