    Tanaris underwater exploration.

Hey guys, I'm on the forums and here to stay. I'm a explorer who has been playing for 5years and has been doing explorations for ever, I love to redo what people post here on ownedcore so I can see the stuff they found and then try find something else aswell.

OK now to the exploring. I know this has been posted before by fa3sr011, This is the post: http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...-location.html (Underwater Goblin Village In Tanaris - New Cataclysm Location)
So I went there and explored it But I found another place near the houses he talks about.

    These are his cords:

But when I was swimming there I saw this: (Left one is his houses)

    My ones are here:

I'm sorry if this is called reposting but I did find another set of houses.

    Hope to bring more

    Onz

If you look at your images, you'll see they are the same houses that I posted in that fa3sr011 thread (the 2nd and 3rd images in post #12 in that thread).

This leads me to believe that the village never actually moved, as fa3sr011 had initially reported... but that he didn't realize there was two small clusters of houses slightly apart from each-other.

Good exploring and good first post. I don't often see both clusters of houses posted in the same shot, very nice. +1 rep to you... looking forward to more.

Thanks for enjoying my posts. Enjoy your explorations.

    Edit:
It may not have come through in my initial post but I did see the two clusters. I'll have to review that old post and see if I put those pics up or not. I know I have them. I did shots of each house and then group shots of the different clusters. Cool place no doubt. The spinning and pumping gears are my fav down there.

It was not on the initial post... but I wasn't questioning whether you found all the houses... I was questioning your assertion that they had moved.

You posted that nice overlayed map with the old location and the new location (which I +repped again today, great image)... but WoWonz's post today had me wondering if you were just above the other cluster of houses when you noted your map position... as only one of the clusters was under the old 'compas rose'... the other one was always a bit off from that...

I hope I'm making sense. Still a great exploration from both of you.

(and man, I really do miss the old 'edge of fatigue' exploit for exploring, which is how I used to get there)

That can typically happen to your camera when you go below the "death line"... which is an invisible line at the bottom of most oceans and under the world, where you die if you go below it. When this happens, your camera typically goes up while you go down.

Not sure why you didn't die... but that's why your camera started messing... the death line.

Second world probably? As far as I know that's the only way to get to the underwater tanaris buildings.

This place has had many posts made (I made one when Cata came out, but there was like 20 before mine probably), it seems like there are invisible walls all around the village now, because once i get a certain distance, I can't get any further unless I die, and I'm not touching the ocean (i've been here before and u can get down fairly low). From what I've seen in alpha videos of the game, this place was there even back then as well.
