I don't want prove anything, but i don't understand you, What is difficult in these explorations to say that? which would be impossible without model edit ? (Or any "file change or whatever')

In any way, you cant get to those places on a fresh install

All of the places in this video (up to the 35 min mark) are reachable on a fresh install using normal exploration methods (ie: no file changing / hacks / model edits).
