Safe Spot to camp Deth'tilac

Hey there, good spot to camp Deth'tilac.


i use the engineering cloak tinker in the video, but testing shows this is NOT necessesary.

first get a spider in combat. ice trap it. this will keep you in combat allowing you to repeatedly use Disengage.

after that, just follow the video!


i put it in exploration because its kind of Exploration-ish.

EDIT: As another good tip, you can make the following macro

/cast !Eagle Eye


with this you can Eagle eye from an eagle eye location, and check the OTHER rarespawns every few minuites! i just found Skarr for a guildmate of mine, without leaving deth'tilac's spawn point!

after 3 days of camping, 2 failed attempts (one alliance warlock ganking the pet and me + one stoned guildie hitting tame beast instead of res pet (who now owes my druid a ransur of hatred lol)) i finally got this rare!

during that time, i also found:

Karkin
Solix
the Green spider
Skarr (for a guilde)

all while standing at this spot and using the macro underlined undernieth my video. this spot is exceptional for camping ALL the rares.

benefits:

standing in dection range of two spawns (solix and Deth'tilac)

VERY easy to eagle eye to EVERY OTHER SPAWN in one or two clicks.

Just a lil Tip, TehVoyager, for the metal 'hump' you keep turning around and jumping backwards.. just go on the left side of it, you can walk right over it. (and anyone else who might use this spot)
