Exploration will only ever die when WoW dies.

well before blizzard didnt expect anyone to explore parts of azeroth due to no flying mounts there were tons of hidden places and zones now that you can fly.. those are fixed sure there may be some exploration but not as much

We can only truly say there is not as much when we've found everything, which will I doubt will ever absolutely 100% happen.

Ah but darkriderking, due to flying in Azeroth it has allowed us to do something in Azeroth we were previously unable to do - fly underneath the world, allowing us to access areas that would've been inaccessible otherwise.
