Under undercity and eastern kingdoms

Sorry no videos or screens for this... (and tried searching first so sorry if it's a repost)

In undercity, there's the apothecarium with a huge maggot hanging and dripping green slime to the room below.

The maggot is protected with an invisible wall and you can't fly there directly.

But you can get there by going to the room below and flying up the square shaped hole under the maggot.

When at the hole level, you can just fly straight through the wall to under undercity (and eastern kingdoms for that matter).

Apparently they didn't redo this part of town for cata

Im pretty sure i've seen this before here, but i couldn't find it...
