[New Way] Leave Worgen Starting Zone (Phase)

I found a way for us "Human Worgens" to get a permanent hunter pet which can be rather amusing, the thread is here for those who may be interested in this unique advantage.

I've got a new bit of info to add to this exploration. If you escape Gilneas at level 1 and run over to the boats, you'll find a working Banker.

Items dropped in the bank can obviously be retrieved when you get to Stormwind. Not much of a use just yet... but I'm sure someone will find one.
It should be noted that the Banker is phased, and is not there if you escape at level 4 with the mastif pet.

Never claimed it wasn't here from the start... just that I had discovered it for myself only recently. I searched pretty well before posting the banker video...had you posted those pics on MMOwned before?

Okay well the one vid where he swims through the bars is fixed on EU at least. Invisible wall blocks all.

Second method where he jumps over the wall is fixed too, wall has been made higher.

Then the fun rooftop jumping, I guess it might still work, I wouldn't know. The jump near the chimney is insane, there apparently should be some invisible ledge, I've tried for half an hour then I gave up.

Isn't it more easy to just use some kind of model edit? Blizz wouldn't notice if you use it and then restore your files right.

Sorry I wasn't clearer. Yes, the method of the OP still works, but the path has changed. As you said, the invisible wall is in front of the bars, and the wall with the block has been made higher. You do need to do the roof jumping currently.

If the chimney angle is driving you insane (as it does for many), please check my video. I show an invisible ledge just the same, but in the other direction (away from the chimney) that you may find easier.

And yes, model editing would be easier... but that isn't the type of exploring that most in this forum are into. If that were the case, just use an XYZ hack to get out of the city!

Anyway you could go to sw cap your exp have a gm port you back to the starter area and finish the rest of the starter quests and still be level one? :O

Yes, totally possible. I'm not 100% sure what the benefits would be... although I suppose you could be a Worgen in wolf form at level 1. Quite unusual.

You wouldn't even need a GM, you could just use your original hearthstone, as OMGWTFOWNED pointed out earlier in this thread. I may take my lv 1 bank Worgen out of Stormwind and back to Gilneas tonight to finish the quests up and see if anything strange occurs... stay tuned.

Ehmm.. The quests in gilneas have higher req level :S And I tried to get my level 11 druid back to get myself a mastiff pet, but wasn't able to get it back phased.
