No more exploring.

From the blizzard forums:

"When you get into an area you are not supposed to be it teleports you out now."

Appernetly you get a buff called "No Man's Land", with "You are where you should not be...." as the buff description, and after it expires in around six seconds it teleported you back to a preset location just outside the zone.


Ouch.

Now I haven't actually checked to see if this is actually happening, anyone want to go into hyjal and confirm this?

This happens in the BGs.... sorta.... with no buff.

No Man's Land teleported me out of Hyjal before I even got around the invisible walls.

Under Stormwind was fine, however.

I havent tried this out but im asuming this only applys to big areas such as Hyjal, and other unfinished zones. I dont think they would add this debuff for things like under SW. This might also apply to some small areas like elwin falls, and IF airport,

This really sucks. But whats the damn point? I mean, in the start, bliz were light humored about it and it was really fun... putting that under contruction sign in hyjal... the island with that bottle with the message "how did you get here?".. the smiley under kara. So a few people find these things, share em, and adds a nice fun touch to wow which is unique to any other mmo. Exploration is harmless. This will just make more of the explorers turn more towards model changing which is what they actually want to prevent. What other game has such an exploring aspect in it? Bah.. i'm pissed.
