In fact you can skin him with a item that gives more skill with that proff. I have Zulian Slicer - Item - World of Warcraft (no longer attainable cause it's from ZG - gives 10+ skin)

525 + 10 = 535 skin

I tried today and it gives no loot table unfortunately, the boss will disappear tho.
