I found this together with a friend while flying around some in the zones, there is one particular area east of Stormwind, on a hill..

Where?
Now i do understand that the above picture really did not help you much on finding it. :P But we get to that, coordination to this location is posted below along with a picture to where on map this is located.

Who?
One lonely little house on the mountains where you can find a house, with a blue roof. Inside there is a gnome named Agee Tyler.

And a bunch of sheeps outside his house.

Why?
May not sound that interesting at this point, however if you kill his sheep, he will charge out of the house and yell at you, then mumble and go inside the house again.

Nice, if you have a horde character you should go there and see if he gets offensive.
