Dead fisherman at the new lake in tirisfal glades

So i was curious to check the new lake located west of tirisfal glades. Upon getting there i saw a small island near the lake and decided to check it out.

What's funny is that if you think about it the fishes you mostly catch there are sickly looking fish. Which is why there is dead fisherman holding his fishing rod.
