[No levitate]Uninstanced AQ/cliffs toward the coast

Just took a swim to pay a visit and check if the old Silithus cave was still there.. on my way there I noticed an area where I could pretty much walk up, whiggle a bit on some spots to keep walking, no need to jump or any other fancy things.

Couldnt find any posts about this, and I know levitate makes it 1000% easier.
But some dont have levitate with us.

[on a sad sidenote, got stuck down there in a hole while trying to get a good peak so couldnt check for the old cave, anyone know if its changed or removed?]
