[4.0.3a] Exploiting as a ghost - fly around in Azeroth

Heyho! It's currently possible to fly around as a ghost and discover unseen areas with it Just use it until it's getting fixed and see what you can find
No need to go to the netherwing ledge, just die and fly around with your corpse. I only tested it in Silithus. Happened by accident when I died in AQ20 :s
