Do you know of a macro script/addon that can display the id of the npc in SotA from a distance ?

The addon KnowItAll by Hp94 does this.

You can also use the script
/script local a=strsub(UnitGUID("target"),7,10) print(UnitName("target").." has a Hexadecimal code of "..a..", which gives the NPC an ID of "..tonumber(a,16))

(Taken directly from kia, will only work for NPC's)

Hm. If you have discovered this npc at a hidden place in this battleground, you could check the others too. Many of them have emotes which could be given out by him. Maybe he has another id in those places if he is there and maybe you're luckier there.

I've heard of other npcs doing the same stuff in battleground but it's usually just dwarves or random npcs.
