It's the instanced version, but yes. Check Phyzz's video he put up on a recent post to show how you get to it (Hyjal instance).

(the first couple picks show how it's dfferent, water missing mostly. The last pic I put up was just to show the armor to hint at the age of the pic so you might be able to guess what instance)
