so... another sex orgie in GM island leading to ban? =/
You cannot get bann for doing this here 100% no bann
we have found a way to get no bann and it works..
They bann us at last raid but they don´t remove the summon twinks and only the way is bannable.... now we can summon all and its not bannable then we don´t use glitches look at wow rules
They can ban you, for whatever reason they have.
If you go somewhere you're not ment to be. You will be banned.
Stop acting like an idiot. I bet that you haven't even read the ToS.
Pretty sure you agree when playing wow that blizzard can do what they want with your account
Hell they could remove your access because the sky is blue if they wish
So saying something is not 'bannable' is incorrect
You can get banned for getting caught while being in Gm island
Going to zones in-capable of being accessed by a mount/portal/NPC that is not intended for you the player to be there. CAN get you banned. If they find logs of you in GM Island they will suspend or permantely bann your account for exploiting the game and attempted use of hacking.
Fail massive banhammer orgy = fail
Your all WRONG
You "MAY" get banned but is a NOT guarantee :P

This is my alt account, never had any previous warnings, GM ported me out thats it, after I told trade from my main account that theres someone on GM Island and /who it. I still have toons that are IN/ON gm island that I will NEVER log onto again lol, or maybe until cata comes out.
Alright, as Powerblaze put it, I'll rephrase:
As an understood rule, Blizzard is NOT supposed to perma-ban for players exploiting / exploration without the use of hacks or illegal third-party programs on the spot without previous investigation. Generally, if a GM catches you where you're not supposed to be, you'll get anything ranging from a warning to a 3-day ban. Here's the TWIST: GMs cannot (to my understanding) discern immediately whether or not you were using said programs or not, and given you're in an area such as GM Island, it would undoubtedly be discerned that the use of hacks was true. This will result in a PERMANANT BAN on your account, as well as IP. This goes for things such as item duping (yes, it's possible without hacks) and model edits (different matter all together).
I personally was perma-banned due to being reported for hacking by a mass of people after flying around in Orgrimmar for two hours straight back in the days of Otherworld. I had submitted an appeal with solid facts and evidence that my exploiting was unassisted, and my account was unfrozen after the second day.
I am unsure if Blizzard actually provides ban appeals, or if it was some weird coincidence, but even if so, should Blizzard find the extent of your exploit to be hazardous overall, they do have the right to permanantly ban you. Blizzard maintains the rights to search your computer for any hacks/illegal third-party programs, and if they do find such, even if you only had it briefly during the past, then they have more than any grounds to completely ban you.
Being the host of such an event could easily lead to this, while participating in the event may most likely not result in this. I've never seen Blizzard ban people on a mass scale, but if they would, this would be the time to do it. I support the Keeper of Secrets 100%, but please do so with good caution. Make sure to warn everyone of the possibilties, as some blokes are actually oblivious to them. Other than that, good luck, and have fun!

EDIT: The reason GMs are so stingent about people going to their island is the fact that GMs who actually answer your tickets are NOT ingame; they do so from their safe little cubicals through a system outside of the game. The GMs you see ingame are infact Devs or high-ranking GMs surveying the game, whether for QA or developmental plans/issues. Seeings Devs use GM Island as a base for planning, so many people running around, distracting them and such can be quite the inconvinience, and being staff, they are obligated to do their job of enforcing the EULA (End-User Liscence Agreement).
As for Model Edits, I will just briefly say this: Blizzard finds them to be a bit sketchy. While some such as changing actual character models and item models for player interests is fine, manipulation of terrain in a way of altering its physical integrity, including addition or removal of static/nonstatic (moving and non-moving) objects is highly frowned upon, as players could exploit this to pass under, above, or through the world, as done frequently in BGs. So if you're just doing it to look cool, no sweat, but don't chisel at the mountain, or it might fall on you.
