[Discovery] Super Mario Brothers Reference in Un'Goro Crater + Bonus.

Today while doing some dailies in Un'Goro Crater I was resting at Marshal's Refuge. When I came back I saw a little Dwarf with a big mustache and red and blue clothes. His name is Larion (I know it sounds nothing like Mario). Then across the way there was a human male dressed in Green Clothes. His name was Muigin (also sounds nothing like Luigi). Now do this...remove the "n" from both names and switch the first letter of each persons name and give it to the opposite person. Ladies and Gentlemen I present you Mario and Luigi.

I still don't see why people bother censoring themselves from screenshots/videos... I've posted hundreds of screenshots and videos of me hacking and botting on my main on retail without getting ban or even warned for it.

On topic, I remember doing these quests but I never actually thought of it like this! Nice find even if it is actually a repost, because I haven't seen it before.

Ok, this post was so retarded it finally pushed me over the edge, I had to register and post a reply. Who in their ****ing mind would think that anything related to any Un'Goro crater NPC's that have been around since 2005 would be newsworthy to anyone, ever? Even if I started this game right at this moment for the very first time and saw those silly NPC's, I would know better...


Edit. Oh and it's probably not a repost because it's so bloody obvious no one has ever bothered to post about it before. It's like posting about Lady Katrana Prestor being Onyxia.

Old. Anyone who didn't know about this lives in a bubble. They don't read quest text, NPC names, and they don't explore anywhere EVER.

Muigin and Lairon have been around for AGES. Linken has been around for AGES. The Lost reference has been known by anyone even remotely observant for no less than a year now.
